Product Warranty Policy

1.1 Warranty Coverage

MOREFINE is committed to providing reliable after-sales service for products purchased directly from the MOREFINE Official Store.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through the MOREFINE Official Store and covers manufacturing defects or hardware failures that occur under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to products purchased from Amazon, distributors, resellers, retailers, or any third-party marketplace. Customers who purchase through those channels should contact the original seller for warranty service.

1.2 Warranty Period (Policy Update)

Effective July 14, 2026, MOREFINE has upgraded its standard warranty policy for eligible products purchased through the MOREFINE Official Store.

For qualifying orders placed on or after July 14, 2026, Mini PCs now include a 2-Year Limited Warranty, while External GPUs continue to include a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered, based on the carrier's delivery record.

1.3  Warranty Service

If a hardware defect occurs during the warranty period under normal use, MOREFINE will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product free of charge;
  • Replace the defective product with the same model;
  • Replace it with an equivalent or upgraded model if the original model is discontinued or unavailable.

Replacement products may be new or certified refurbished and will provide equivalent performance and functionality.

If a replacement is provided, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date and is not restarted or extended.

1.4 Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased directly from the MOREFINE Official Store.
  • Proof of purchase can be provided.
  • The product has been used under normal operating conditions.
  • The reported issue is caused by manufacturing defects or hardware failure.

1.5 Return Shipping Responsibility

Examples of issues covered under warranty include:

  • Motherboard failure
  • CPU or GPU hardware failure
  • Memory or storage slot malfunction
  • Power supply defects included with the original package
  • Factory-installed cooling system failure
  • Manufacturing defects affecting normal operation

Our technical support team may request troubleshooting steps before authorizing repair or replacement.

1.6 What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters.
  • Physical damage, including cracked housings, broken connectors, or damaged ports.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, overclocking, BIOS modifications, or disassembly that causes damage.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
  • Software issues, operating system installation, viruses, or third-party software incompatibility.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable accessories unless they arrive defective.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets.

1.7 Warranty Service Procedure

Before returning any product, customers must contact MOREFINE Customer Support.

Please prepare the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Model
  • Serial Number (if applicable)
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the problem

Our technical support team may first provide troubleshooting assistance to resolve the issue remotely.

If repair or replacement is required, MOREFINE will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

1.8 Repair & Replacement

Depending on your location, warranty service may include:

  • Mail-in repair
  • Replacement unit
  • Replacement components
  • Other appropriate solutions determined by MOREFINE

If repair is not practical due to product availability or technical reasons, MOREFINE reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement product with equal or better specifications.

1.9 Repair & Replacement

Products outside the warranty period may still be eligible for paid repair services, subject to parts availability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the product to the designated service center;
  • Replacement parts (if required);
  • Return shipping costs.

MOREFINE will provide a repair quotation before any paid service is performed.

1.10 Lifetime Technical Support

Even after the warranty period expires, MOREFINE continues to provide Lifetime Technical Support for all official products. Our support team is available to assist with product setup, BIOS updates, driver installation, troubleshooting, and general technical inquiries. Please note that technical support does not extend or replace the product warranty and does not include free hardware repairs or replacements outside the applicable warranty period.
