Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact the MOREFINE Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please follow our return procedure after receiving the product.
Approved refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

At MOREFINE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, allowing customers to return eligible products for any reason within 30 days after delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (based on the carrier's tracking information).
- The product must be returned in good condition with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, cables, and promotional gifts (if applicable).
- The product must not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.
Returns Cannot Be Accepted If
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
- The product shows physical damage, scratches, liquid damage, or other customer-caused defects.
- The returned item does not match the original order.
- Required accessories or components are missing.
Return Procedure
Step 1 – Contact MOREFINE
Please contact our Customer Support team and provide:
- Order Number
- Product Model
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if reporting a defect)
Our support team will review your request and issue return instructions if eligible.
Step 2 – Ship the Product
- Return the product within 7 days after receiving return authorization.
- Please provide the return tracking number.
- All accessories and original packaging should be included whenever possible.
Step 3 – Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, MOREFINE will process the refund.
Estimated refund times:
- PayPal: Within 48 hours after approval
- Credit Card: Approximately 7–10 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
1.3 Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives damaged or fails to function properly upon delivery, please contact MOREFINE within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
After verification, MOREFINE will provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Full Refund
For confirmed DOA cases, MOREFINE will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
If the original model is discontinued or unavailable, we may provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement model with equal or better specifications.
1.4 Package Damage or Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If you discover:
- Shipping damage
- Missing accessories
- Incorrect items
please contact MOREFINE Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or an unboxing video
- Shipping damage report (if available)
After verification, MOREFINE will arrange one of the following:
- Shipment of missing accessories or items
Replacement of damaged products
Refund for the value of the missing or damaged items

1.6 Important Notes
- Returns without prior authorization from MOREFINE may not be accepted.
- Products returned without all major accessories may be subject to a partial deduction from the refund.
- MOREFINE is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Once the carrier's tracking confirms successful delivery, MOREFINE cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
